•legs - do 10 squats
•arms - do 5 push ups
•quote - do 10 lunges
•upper body - do 10 leg raises
•full body - do 20 crunches
•collar bones - do 20 russian twists
•diet tips and rules - 20 second plank
•etc - 20 second wall sit
